What is RYP?

Rochester Young Professionals (RYP) is a volunteer-led organization dedicated to connecting, supporting, engaging, and inspiring the next generation of leaders in the Greater Rochester area.

Through a wide range of events—networking, professional development, volunteering, sports and rec, and more—we create opportunities for young professionals to grow their network, build community, and make Rochester feel like home.
